The concept was originally created in 2020, with the transformation of an atelier into a bar-restaurant.

The main motivation behind the idea is to provide a unique service in Val di Fassa, a new type of restaurant for the area, both in terms of menu and interior design.

Taking inspiration from the “Venetian bacari” the first ” Ladin” cicchetteria in Val di Fassa was born and named “The Sora 50.12”.
